Think I only mentioned this on facebook rather than here, but Nano died its usual death of falling behind on schedule for various exotic reasons I won't go into again. The plus side is at least it did it early, and left me the rest of the month to play around with other writing.

But then, at the last possible minute...

...the author threw out the plans he had for NaNoWriMo next month, and decided to go with something completely different!
